How To Wrap A Won Ton

Every wonder how to make a Won Ton from scratch?

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp water cold water
  • sml won ton pre made

Instructions
 

  • With one corner of the skin toward you, place 1 tsp. filling about one inch in from the corner. Fold the corner nearest you over to cover the filling. Fold from the same side once more, about 3/4 inches. Turn the won ton 180 degrees so that the point of the triangle is toward you. Dampen the left corner with a little water. Swing the right corner away from you and place it on top of the dampened left corner. As you make this fold, simultaneously pull the filling toward you with your middle finger. You should finish with a hatlike effect.
